Our studios are built to meet or exceed new home standards:
Insulated and energy-efficient
Every studio is insulated and soundproofed like a home. We use quality doors and windows, including LED lighting.
Built on-site
We build every aspect of your studio on-site.
Plumbing A bathroom is an option for your Shedio (permits will apply).
HVAC
Each studio has heat and AC provided by a mini split along with a programmable thermostat.
Built to code
Regardless of whether you need a permit, we build every part of every studio to meet or exceed residential building codes.
Electrical
Each studio has at least two separate electrical circuits: one dedicated to heat and AC, and another to power everything else like lights and computers.
Wifi
Wifi inside your studio is connected to your existing network, typically via a weatherproof ethernet hardwire.
